The standard London engagement is a discovery phase, a strategy document and a roadmap, after which the client is expected to find a delivery partner and a budget to make any of it real. A great deal of money is spent proving that AI could help. Comparatively little is spent making it help.

We sell the result rather than the effort. You describe the outcome — more capacity, faster turnaround, better service on accounts you cannot currently reach — and we own everything between you and it: the design, the build, the hosting, the monitoring and the improvements as your business changes. The price is fixed and agreed up front. If the work turns out harder than we expected, that is our problem to absorb, not a change request aimed at your budget.

Do you need to be in London to work with us?

No, and neither do we. We are a UK studio with a registered office in Glasgow, working remotely with clients across the country and abroad, with on-site time in London whenever it genuinely helps — discovery workshops, stakeholder sessions, go-live. The person who understands your problem is the person who designs the system and answers for the result. There is no account manager in the middle and no handoff to a team you have never met.

How an engagement starts

It starts with a free thirty-minute teardown. Bring one thing you wish you had the capacity to do, or one job you would happily never do again, and we will take it apart with you: whether AI is genuinely the answer, where it would start, roughly what it would take and what it would be worth. If the honest answer is that AI will not pay off in your case, we will tell you that before you have spent anything. We would rather pass than sell you something that does not earn its place.
