Contact AI Applied
Tell us what you would do with twice the capacity. Whether you already know the outcome you want or you are still working out whether AI is worth the effort, the first conversation is free and there is no expectation on the other side of it.
Talk to us directly
Email support@aiapplied.uk and a senior engineer will reply, not an account manager.
Call +44 141 465 5233 or +44 7824 505524, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm UK time.
Book time instead
If a diary invitation is easier than an email, there are two ways to start. Book a free 30-minute AI-readiness teardown and bring one job you would love off your plate, and we will tell you honestly whether AI is the answer. Or, if you already know the outcome you are after, start a design and scoping conversation and we will put a result, a timeline and a fixed price to it before you commit to anything.
Where we are

Where we work
We are a UK studio working with organisations here and abroad. Most of our work is delivered remotely with on-site time where it genuinely helps, so location is rarely the constraint. We work regularly with businesses in London and the South East, and across Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
What happens next
You will hear back within one working day. The first call is a genuine look at your situation rather than a sales pitch: we will ask what the work looks like today, where the hours go, and what would change if that limit moved. If AI will not pay off in your case, we will say so before you have spent anything.
