AI Applied is a trading name of AI Applied Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company Number SC806963), with its registered office at 9 Newton Place, Glasgow G3 7PR.

2. Services

AI Applied provides AI solutions, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, and related technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for any project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice to affected clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as needed for us to deliver the agreed work, grant reasonable access to systems and data as required, respond to queries and approve deliverables in a timely manner, and ensure you have the legal right to share any data or materials provided to us.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property in any custom solutions, code, or deliverables created specifically for you will transfer to you upon full payment. AI Applied retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed during the course of our work.

All content on the AI Applied website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, remains the intellectual property of AI Applied Ltd.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be agreed in writing before work commences. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless alternative terms have been agreed.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.

7. Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Applied’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deliverables completed and paid for will be provided to you.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
